RealHome.com Debuts Enhanced Services, Partnership

RealHome.com is expected today to introduce a number of enhancements to its service through a new partnership with GetConnected.com, Boston, a shopping resource for consumers.

Through the partnership, RealHome's users will be able to use GetConnected's connectivity resource, allowing them to research, compare and purchase the full range of connectivity services. Those services, which they can access from their desktops, will include local, long-distance and wireless telephony; Internet access; calling cards; and satellite and cable television programming.

According to RealHome, Stamford, CT, GetConnected will help it establish a co-branded site accessible through the new RealHome.com Marketplace, which will give users the ability to use a "comprehensive and unbiased resource" to help them make informed purchases of connectivity services.

In return, GetConnected will have access to one of the fastest growing memberships of home buyers and homeowners on the Web.
