Rapp Collins Debuts Telemarketing Compliance Test

RappTeleservices, a consulting unit of Rapp Collins Worldwide, yesterday launched an online service that poses a series of questions to determine a user's risk level for telemarketing violations.

The online tool, available at rappcompliance.com, takes into account how marketers interact with their customers in determining risk factors for telemarketing violations. Rapp Collins is providing the service for free, the company said.

Once the survey is completed, users receive a risk assessment with details about risks and potential liability for violations of telemarketing regulations, including the national no-call list. The site also features a frequently-asked-questions list about telemarketing compliance issues.
