Rapp Collins, Customer Group Form Alliance

Rapp Collins Worldwide, New York, and consulting firm The Customer Management Group, Boston, have formed a partnership.


CMG's consulting practice specializes in organization, measurement and business process development. Both companies described the alliance as an attempt to provide more complete services to clients from beginning to end.
