Range Online opens Madison Avenue office

Range Online Media, an interactive agency specializing in search engine marketing, search engine optimization and online media strategy, has opened a new office on Madison Avenue in New York.

The larger location was secured to account for Range's current expansion and the hiring of additional account executives and online marketing experts in the New York area.

"We have been on the East Coast for about four years now," said J.B. Brokaw, vice president and East Coast general manager. "However, after gaining top-tier clients like Burberry, Estée Lauder, Sherman's Travel, Cole Haan, Travelocity and L'Occitane en Provence, we decided we need a larger presence in New York."

Mr. Brokaw, who previously held the position of director and East Coast general manager for Range, was promoted in March to his new role. He joined Range in 2005 after a successful career at CNET Networks, where he served as national sales manager.

The original New York Range office was in New York's Grand Central Station.

"The new office will allow us room to hire up to 15 additional account executives and online marketing experts," Mr. Brokaw said.

Range recently hired several new account managers in New York to join the current team of search engine marketing, optimization and media experts.
