Rainbow Rewards Picks Customer Communications Group for Marketing

Rainbow Rewards, a cash-back credit/debit card coalition, selected Customer Communications Group for customer relationship marketing strategy and creative work. Customer Communications Group Inc. is a full-service relationship marketing agency based in Denver.

CCG's alliance with Rainbow Rewards, Denver, will center on traditional direct mail efforts for a program encouraging customers to actively use their debit and credit cards to earn cash-back rewards.

Rainbow Rewards is a coalition of Colorado businesses that believes in embracing loyal customers, while giving back to the local community. Rainbow Rewards customers receive cash back rewards and a percentage of each customer's purchases goes to local charities and public schools.

Jen Sanning, chief marketing officer for Rainbow Rewards, said the program will use customer data management to fuel the direct marketing techniques.

Sandra Gudat, CCG's president and CEO, said working with Rainbow Rewards has been especially rewarding, given the coalition's ongoing community-giving philosophy.
