RadioShack, DirecTV Sign Enhanced Co-Marketing Agreement

RadioShack Corp. and digital television service provider DirecTV Inc. have joined forced in a new multiyear co-marketing agreement.


The new agreement enhances an existing one between the two companies, providing incentives for professional installation completed by RadioShack Installation Services. Joint advertising and promotion campaigns are also included in the agreement.


"RadioShack is one of the largest acquirers of customers and sellers of DirecTV," said Leonard Robert, president/CEO and chairman of RadioShack Corp., Fort Worth, TX.
