Quadstone Introduces WNP Offering
In anticipation of the Wireless Local Number Portability Rule that takes effect Nov. 24, customer analysis software vendor Quadstone yesterday introduced an offering designed to help providers reduce customer churn.The rule lets customers switch services while retaining their current phone numbers.
According to the company, Quadstone's Wireless Number Portability offering will help providers predict customers most likely to switch carriers as a result of the rule and put in place offers aimed at them.
