Quadstone Debuts Financial Services Solution

CRM software developer Quadstone launched its Consumer Investment Management solution yesterday.


The solution lets retail financial services marketers analyze customer trends daily, identify potential sales opportunities and predict the best way to react to them. For example, it can be used to prioritize by customer the outbound calling efforts of brokers based on customer value and recent behavior.


Quadstone, Boston, has eight years experience in financial services, working with clients such as Barclays, Lloyds TSB, M&I Bank and Standard Life Bank.
