Quadstone Adds Links to WebTrends CommerceTrends and IBM DB2In response to the market need for better integration between analytical and operational customer relationship management systems, Quadstone, a CRM vendor, made public a dedicated interface for WebTrends CommerceTrends as part of the Quadstone Connector Program.
The Quadstone program extends its open systems approach beyond call-level database interfaces to provide specific integration to market-leading CRM, Web, rules-based and personalization systems.
Quadstone, Boston, also said its system has a dedicated interface to IBM's DB2 Universal Database. This new capability augments Quadstone's array of database interfaces, which include native connections to Oracle, SQL Server, Sybase and NCR Teradata.
Mark Smith, president of Quadstone, said, "The recent additions of IBM DB2 and WebTrends CommerceTrends interfaces are evidence of our commitment to expand our connectivity capabilities further."
Quadstone's testing and validation procedures for the WebTrends connector were completed last month, and the vendor is already working to implement the connector at a major U.S. financial services organization.
