Quad/Graphics Buys Impoze
Print production firm Quad/Graphics Inc. has acquired print software company Impoze Systems Inc. Financial terms were not disclosed.After owning a 20 percent interest in the firm since 1995, Quad/Graphics exercised its right to purchase the rest of the Mukwonago, WI-based Impoze. Quad/Graphics, Pewaukee, WI, also acquired impoze.com in the deal, which it will use to offer Impoze's publishing and printing software to customers for free. The software helps online and offline publishers create reports on advertisement and editorial content.
