Quad/Graphics Acquires Openfirst

Printer Quad/Graphics has bought a majority interest in Openfirst, a direct mail communications provider.

The 10-year-old Openfirst  is projecting more than $40 million in sales in 2006.

Openfirst's capabilities complement Sussex, WI-based Quad/Graphics' direct mail services. It will help Quad/Graphics  to offer a broader array of services.
