Quad/Graphics Acquires Craftsman Press West

Quad/Graphics has purchased Craftsman Press West, a privately held commercial printer in Reno, NV.

The Sussex, WI, company said the Craftsman Press deal immediately expands its geographic printing capabilities to the West Coast, giving it a competitive position in every region of the country. Terms were not disclosed.

The Craftsman Press West facility becomes Quad/Graphics' 10th printing plant, joining other facilities in Lomira, Hartford, Pewaukee, Sussex and West Allis, WI; Saratoga Springs, NY; Martinsburg, WV; The Rock, GA; and Oklahoma City, OK.
