PwC Will Work With Unica to Market Affinium

Unica Corp. and PwC Consulting, a business of PricewaterhouseCoopers, have formed an alliance to provide analytic and marketing automation services for clients, the companies said yesterday.


Lincoln, MA-based Unica and PwC Consulting of New York said the agreement would give clients an open platform for managing and optimizing multichannel customer interaction. They said they would provide the technical knowledge to implement enterprise marketing automation services that integrate marketing, sales and service operations.


Through the alliance, PwC Consulting professionals will help Unica clients identify and market best practices in the use of Unica's Affinium technology. Affinium is a modular, cross-channel marketing suite. It is designed to let businesses understand and predict customer behaviors, improve customer dialogue and implement consistent personalization.


Unica will provide PwC Consulting professionals with training on Affinium.
