Purolator Courier to Use ReturnCentral for Product Returns
ReturnCentral, a provider of reverse supply-chain software and solutions, announced yesterday the completion of a multimillion-dollar implementation of its ReturnMatrix software suite with Purolator Courier Ltd., a Canadian overnight courier company.This will automate the product returns and disposition process. The software is integrated into Purolator's shipping, tracking, scheduling and billing systems. ReturnCentral hosts its Web-based application and connects to all internal systems and customers directly through the Internet. Purolator simultaneously will deploy the product in French and English.
Other features include automated reports, a built-in return address book and customer database to search on return merchandise authorizations.
