Protocol Marketing Rebrands Units

Protocol Marketing Group has undergone a restructuring with a mission to make the independent agency more customer focused.


As part of this effort, the Deerfield, IL, agency will integrate under one roof offerings like direct marketing, contact centers, data and production services, lead management solutions, research, media and fulfillment.


The agency will shed its myriad individual units in favor of six that all bear the Protocol brand. These include Protocol Direct Marketing, Protocol Data & Production Services, Protocol Research Services, Protocol Lead Management Solutions, Protocol Contact Centers and Protocol Replication & Fulfillment Services.


All units will aim to cross-sell their services to existing clients under this rebranding. The agency has more than 4,500 employees in 21 offices nationwide and in Canada.
