E-business services firm Portera, Campbell, CA, launched a branding campaign Monday that will target consulting organizations by advertising its business-to-business services in financial and Internet trade publications.

The campaign will use print and online ads in Fortune magazine, The Wall Street Journal, The Industry Standard and others to promote the firm's infrastructure outsourcing system. Portera also will use direct mailings and telemarketing to lure prospective clients. Among other applications, the company's ServicePort system can monitor resource planning, internal reporting and client communications.
