Program Helps With Gramm-Leach-Bliley Compliance
SEDONA Corp., King of Prussia, PA, an online CRM provider, has debuted a privacy management program to help small and mid-sized financial institutions comply with the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Financial Privacy Act.The act requires financial institutions to disclose their privacy policies to customers and in some circumstances restricts banks from sharing customers' nonpublic, personal information. SEDONA's program helps financial institutions create customized privacy statements. The program also can sort and duplicate the financial institution's mailing list and mail the privacy policy information.
