RMH Teleservices Inc. said Friday that RT Investors LLC had acquired 49 percent of the company's common stock. RT Investors, Hurst, TX, acquired about 1.4 million shares from the RMH founders and about 2.7 million shares from Advanta Partners LP. RMH, Bryn Mawr, PA, said that its founders, Raymond Hansell and MarySue Lucci, retained 418,135 shares of the company, or about 5 percent.

Jeff Jensen, RT's president, will join the board of directors of RMH, which provides inbound and outbound telesales campaigns for insurance and financial companies.

Also, John Fellows, the CEO of RMH, doubled his stake in the company by acquiring 101,315 shares. Two other senior executives also increased their holdings in the company, RMH said.

The news of the investments came as the stock was retreating from its 52-week high of $13.25, set early last month.
