Princeton Partners Buys DevCom

Princeton Partners Inc. has bought healthcare communications firm DevCom, creating an agency with combined capitalized billings of $42 million.


The acquired agency will operate as the DevCom Group with Princeton Partners, a full-service advertising agency in Princeton, NJ.


Twenty years old, Kingston, NJ-based DevCom specializes in promotional devices and communications programs for the pharmaceutical industry. The firm's ECG Instant-Read Caliper is used to measure heart rate and wave amplitude.
