PRIMIS Marketing Group Buys CoReg360

Database marketing solutions provider PRIMIS Marketing Group announced yesterday its acquisition of CoReg360.

CoReg360, Denver, provides online lead generation solutions for publishers and advertisers.

PRIMIS, Chicago, an acronym for Premier Integrated Marketing Information Solutions, is building its business through acquisitions, organic growth and future niche acquisitions with the equity sponsorship of William Blair Capital Partners VII, a Chicago-based private equity investment fund co-managed by William Blair & Company and Chicago Growth Partners.

PRIMIS also acquired MarketModels, a data management and analytics company, in October; Hyphos360, a database development and hosting company, in 2004; and AccuData America, a marketing data and services company, in 2003.

CoReg360's online lead generation solution is built by using data validation, targeting and optimization processes. Its Web technology provides seamless integration with multichannel marketing for leading marketers including Crown Royal, Guinness, Pfizer, Allegra, Nokia and MGM Studios.

"Our clients have asked us to put together a more integrated, multichannel approach to prospecting, and the PRIMIS acquisition of CoReg360 helps us do exactly that," said John Healy, PRIMIS president/CEO.

No organizational changes are planned for CoReg360, which will continue to operate from its Denver headquarters and Norwalk, CT, sales office. Jeff Wilkins stays as president/general manager of CoReg360 and reports to Healy.
