Prime Response Inc., Boston, a company specializing in business-to-consumer relationship marketing, said yesterday that it has partnered with DataMentors, Tampa, FL, to provide global marketers with integrated marketing and data cleansing solutions, allowing customers to ensure the integrity of their customer data.

PrimeResponse's Prime@Vantage product suite is an electronic customer relationship management application integrating all marketing channels, including traditional (direct mail, call centers, etc.), online (Web and e-mail) and wireless (personal digital assistants, cell phones), creating one-to-one initiatives that optimize product offerings for each customer and prospect.

DataMentors, a developer of database marketing products, operates a solution called DMDataFuse, which delivers database power through an ability to cleanse, standardize and match customer data, increasing data accuracy and validity by "scrubbing" incorrect data from data fields and ensuring that customer data are the most efficient for maximizing customer relationships.

"An organization's ability to maintain accurate customer and prospect information is essential to building strong, long-lasting relationships," said Bob Orf, president of DataMentors. "Within the eCRM industry, the ability to improve the quality of customer information, by even the smallest percentage, can have a significant impact on the effectiveness of relationship marketing initiatives, the success of cross-selling opportunities and, ultimately, the bottom line.
