Prime Response, MarketSoft to Integrate Marketing Software

Prime Response Inc., Cambridge, MA, and MarketSoft Corp., Lexington, MA, yesterday said they would integrate Prime Response's Prime@Vantage.com customer relationship management software with MarketSoft's eLeads software, which integrates third-party information with sales leads acquired via multiple sources. The companies said that by combining the software packages, clients would be better able to create targeted online campaigns and measure their effectiveness.


The Prime@Vantage software will enable users of eLeads to implement a set of automated business processes that can direct targeted responses to customers who have responded to marketing campaigns. The eLeads software will add lead management capabilities to Prime Response's e-CRM features.
