Precision Response Corp. Deploys Quintus Solution for Ticketmaster

Precision Response Corp., Fort Lauderdale, FL, said last week it has integrated the Quintus eContact platform to provide Web-based customer service for Ticketmaster.


The solution is designed to facilitate consumer e-mail communications between Ticketmaster's national network of multimedia contact centers.


PRC and Ticketmaster both are divisions of USA Networks Co. Inc.


PRC provides traditional call center and e-commerce customer-care technologies and services.
