Interactive voice response services provider Prairie Voice Services is targeting the direct response industry for growth.

Omaha, NE-based Prairie Voice Services, www.prairiev.com, has multiple patents pending on interactive voice applications that manage workforce communications, collections, lead generation and automated order entry. Its current roster of clients include Fortune 500 companies in the financial, transportation, logistics, contact center and telecommunications industries.

The company is targeting the direct response industry with a cost-effective, flexible automated call processing solution that Prairie promises will have the best time-to-market in the industry while offering more features than any other services currently available.

Prairie Voice Services also will be offering real-time, Web-based reporting, digital recording and Web-based replay of all calls for audit, verification and quality assurance purposes, advanced speech recognition and text-to-speech capabilities and a third party up-sell program.
