Pottery Barn Joins RFMplus Database

Upscale cataloger and retailer Pottery Barn joined the RFMplus cooperative catalog database of more than 4 million mail-order buyers Dec. 31.


The 60-plus-member database contains daily and weekly hotline names from mail-order catalogs ensuring that no name within the database is older than 60 days.


Selects available through the database include geography, dollar and recency as well as enhanced selects such as age, gender, presence of children, age of children and household income.


Millard Group Inc., Peterborough, NH; Mokyrnski & Associates Inc., Hackensack, NJ; Experian Direct Tech, Schaumburg, IL; and Paymentech, Salem, NH, run the 5-year-old database as an alliance.
