Xchanging Selects Talisma's CRM Suite

Talisma Corp., a customer relationship management market solutions vendor, said yesterday that its product was selected by London-based Xchanging, a business process outsourcing company that operates human resources, procurement, customer administration and accounting services for corporate clients.


Xchanging will use Seattle-based Talisma's service solution as part of its integrated service delivery platform. Xchanging employs 1,200 people who specialize in delivering daily services to more than 150,000 client employees and dependents.


Talisma's service solution will be integrated as the customer service application that customer service representatives will use to manage interactions with client employees or dependents.
