The Mailstation digital postal meter is the flagship item in the new product line, which Pitney Bowes, Stamford, CT, dubbed the Pitney Bowes Small Office Series. The company said it serves about 1 million small business customers annually.

Mailstation is an all-in-one postage meter that offers an integrated scale and automatically calculates postage.

Another item, the Shipstream Manager software, lets customers weigh and track packages through their PC desktop. It is aimed at businesses that mainly ship small packages and large envelopes.

Pitney Bowes is marketing the new line via multiple channels, including direct mail, retail, telemarketing, alternative media and the Internet.
