PopMail.com., Dallas, said yesterday it introduced ENewsNotifier 3.0, the latest version of PopMail's permission marketing e-mail service. ENewsNotifier allows organizations to capture specific interest and demographic information about customers and create a member database. Organizations can then use the database to send targeted and customized messages to members.


Some of ENewsNotifier 3.0's improvements are:


Click-through tracking that allows clients to monitor how many recipients click on links in an e-mail message;


HTML templates that enable clients to send graphically rich e-mail messages quickly and easily;


Banner ads that provide space for companies to sell space provided in ENewsNotifier 3.0 landing and sign-up pages;


A birthday club that permits registrants to enter their date of birth for automated birthday greetings;


Automated bounce back scrubbing that keeps databases clean by deactivating e-mail addresses no longer in use.


Other upgrades include expanded database targeting efficiencies, improved administrator capabilities and enhanced registrant sign-up and profile modification.
