Points.com Service Promotes Loyalty Point Swapping

Web portal Points.com Inc. introduced pointsexchange, a service that allows loyalty program members to trade points, airline miles and other loyalty currencies.

Pointsexchange will feature the loyalty programs offered by Air Canada, Alaska Airlines, American Airlines, America West Airlines, beenz.com, LoyaltyTravel, Midwest Express Airlines and PhoneHog.com.

Consumers who participate in these programs will be able to trade loyalty currency from one program to another and research the exchange rates between programs with the Xchange Calculator.

"This has never happened before," said Points.com president Rob MacLean. "Now every point or mile in every program counts -- for both the programs and their members."

Points.com is a partner company of Exclamation International Inc., a self-proclaimed "Internet business generator."
