Playboy Sells Critics' Choice to Infinity Resources

Playboy Enterprises Inc. on Oct. 20 completed the sale of its Critics' Choice Video catalog and its related CCVideo.com Web site to Infinity Resources, Chicago.


Included in the sale was the lease of the company's 106,000-square-foot customer service and order fulfillment facility in Itasca, IL. Terms of the sale were not disclosed.


Infinity Resources is a privately held company consisting of proprietary catalog and Internet-based retailing, third-party catalog and e-commerce fulfillment operations.


Critics' Choice Video is a consumer movie catalog that features more than 50,000 titles on videocassette and DVD.
