According to Platinum, Clientele 7.0 includes enhanced functionality and new features for both sales and marketing and customer service and support personnel including: List/Campaign, intended to decrease sales cycles and enable sales and marketing personnel to create a customized list of prospects for automated communications; Change Request Management, designed to track and manage product defects and enhancement requests; Internet-enabled Product Registration, which provides customers with the ability to self-register products via the Internet; and improved development tools containing a form template that automatically adds standard buttons, fields and code to the newly developed custom form.
