E-mail services provider Pivotal Veracity has unveiled its Global Receiver Network, a tool that will give mailers and their e-mail-service providers access to a centralized database of the policies and practices of hundreds of international Internet service providers.

The new network aims to give e-mail marketers information about the dos and don'ts of mailing and help increase deliverability. It gives Pivotal Veracity e-mail clients intelligence and the means to communicate directly with Internet service providers in the event of a problem.

In addition, the new service gives marketers training and guidance on problem resolution and best practice ISP communications, as well as international remediation services and root-cause analysis.

The Global Receiver Network is available to qualified Pivotal Veracity clients.

Access to the system is strictly controlled to mailers completing the certification process and exhibiting adherence to the GRN's acceptable usage policy.
