Pitney Bowes Inc., Stamford, CT, has chosen Siebel eBusiness to capture customer interactions and synchronize customer communications across the company, Siebel Systems, San Mateo, CA, announced last week.Pitney Bowes also will integrate Siebel eBusiness Applications with mySAP applications and legacy back-office systems including accounts receivable, billing, order processing, and contracts.
