Pitney Bowes, Rainbow Make Deal

Pitney Bowes Inc. said yesterday that it entered into a multi-year supply agreement with Rainbow Mykotronx, a Rainbow Technologies company.


Rainbow Mykotronx, Irvine, CA, is a leading provider of custom and high-assurance solutions for government and commercial applications that require the most robust forms of information security.


Rainbow's cryptographic token and public key acceleration technology will be integrated into Pitney Bowes' new digital mailing systems, networking mailers to postal as well as carrier information/systems and offering access to services such as tracking, delivery confirmation and postal rate information.
