StayinFront, Fairfield, NJ, a provider of enterprise-wide customer relationship management applications, said yesterday that Chester Valley Pharmaceuticals Inc. chose it for CRM software and ongoing support for its sales force and managers.Chester Valley Pharmaceuticals, Malvern, PA, acquires, licenses and develops products for dermatologists and their patients. The company selected StayinFront Visual Elk 9.2, StayinFront's latest version of its software, and StayinFront Panorama, a data analysis and decision-support tool, for real-time information on sales activity and effectiveness.
Chester Valley will deploy StayinFront Visual Elk on small mobile laptops that are pen-enabled to electronically capture signatures.
