Phar-Mor, PersonalMD.com Make Med Records Available Online

Phar-Mor Inc., Youngstown, OH, and PersonalMD.com, Pleasanton, CA, yesterday announced a strategic partnership that will allow Phar-Mor's 6 million retail drugstore customers online access to personalized medical records through a co-branded Web site. The new site also will contain a feature that enables emergency physicians to gain access to patient records in vital situations where medical information, such as known allergies and current medications, can make a difference in a medical crisis.
