Petsky Prunier, Jordan Edmiston Facilitate Vacation Connections' Sale to Stone Canyon
The Cypress Group's Stone Canyon Entertainment bought a majority stake in Vacation Connections, a specialty media and consumer promotion firm in the leisure-time marketing business.Investment bank Petsky Prunier LLC, New York, negotiated the transaction on behalf of Vacation Connections. The Jordan, Edminston Group, New York, negotiated for Stone Canyon Entertainment.
Vacation Connections offers place-based advertising, in-room print vehicles and solo or cooperative product sampling to consumer packaged goods and other marketers. Ad venues include cruise lines, hotels, ski and golf resorts.
Financial details of the deal were not disclosed.
