Perfect Circle Media, part of Web site representation firm Interep Interactive, has created a unit that will specialize in direct marketing to institutional and individual investors.

Called Perfect Circle Media Investor Services, the unit will help companies that want to target investors develop their messages, develop the appropriate creative -- such as banner ads, sponsorships or e-mail -- and deliver the message through Interep Interactive's network of publisher sites. The unit also will help clients advertise with database services and radio messaging.

Perfect Circle Media represents 19 Web sites, including Money.net, StockHouse, MyDiscountBroker.com and Idea Advisor.

The company also said it plans to begin representing travel clients, starting with Airlines of the Web, Webflyer, Flyertalk and iexplore, an e-commerce unit of the National Geographic Society.
