PeopleSoft, Pleasanton, CA, a provider of e-business applications, last week announced the availability of PeopleSoft Customer Relationship Management Analytics, an Internet suite of applications that will enable users to measure the effectiveness of sales, marketing and customer support activities.


The suite includes PeopleSoft Sales Activity Insight, Marketing Insight, Support Insight, Profitability Insight and Customer Scorecard. The applications integrate data in order to provide companies with information regarding the performance of their sales, marketing and service programs. The product can alert companies that their largest customers may not be the most profitable because of high service costs or reduced revenue expectations.
