She joins from Advo, where she was district sales manager. Additionally, Klaus Schlechner has been promoted to VP of marketing at the company after rejoining the company as director earlier this year.

Demian Brink has been hired as media director at Charlotte, NC-based BooneOakley. He was previously VP and associate media director at The Martin Agency, Richmond, VA.

WilkesDirect, St. Louis, has hired Shad Moss as its chief information officer. Moss has developed Web-to-print applications for Fortune 100 companies in industries including healthcare, financial, restaurant, manufacturing, credit card and technology.

George Wright has joined Loyalty Lab, San Francisco, as SVP of global sales. Wright was formerly SVP and general mannager at Epiphany Inc., San Mateo, CA.

Mitch McClenney has joined Infocore Inc., Carlsbad, CA, as sales director of the company's new business development division. He has worked in data sales at companies such as Melissa Data, Equifax and SK&A Information.

Adam Gerber has been named CMO of Quantcast, San Francisco. He was most recently VP for advertising products and strategy at Brightcove Inc.

Michael Castello has joined Edith Roman Associates as senior list broker. He last worked for Lake Group Media in that firm's direct list services division.

Mercer Carlinhas rejoined Tranzact, Fort Lee, NJ, as EVP. She had left the company to pursue executive coaching, consulting, and leading programs oncommunication, productivity, andempowerment.
