Former SVP of Audience at MySpace Jay Stevens has joined the Rubicon Project as VP and GM, International, and will head the newly opened London office.

Mia L. Sossei has been named Midwest director at ContextWeb, which runs the ADSDAQ Exchange. She was previously VP of Business Development at Q Interactive.

Afar Media has tapped Daniel Orum as EVP and managing director, responsible for launching a social networking site for travelers. He joins Afar from International Data Group/Gamepro Media where he most recently served as President/CEO.

Alex Kooluris has joined Purple@Epsilon as VP, General Manager. He was previously at Saatchi & Saatchi where he worked mainly with healthcare brands.
