has promoted Paul Jongeward from associate creative director to director of brand integration. Jongeward worked at Haworth Marketing and Marketing Midwest before joining Morsekode five years ago.


Inter/Media Group of Companies
has promoted Malena Cruz from SVP/ controller to SVP/CFO. She has been with the company since 1994.

Catalyst Group has appointed Ethan Farber director of client development, a new position.

iPerceptions has appointed Claude Guay president and CEO. He had been at PhoCusWright, where he consulted for travel and tourism companies.
