BBDO New York has named Ronald Ng EVP, executive creative director, effective in December. Ng joins the NY office from BBDO/Proximity Malaysia, where he is chief creative officer. He will be replaced by Mun Tuck Wai, who is currently executive creative director at BBDO Malaysia

Emerge Partners has added two group account directors. Jon Winsell will take on the role in the New York office, having most recently served at WPP's Team Detroit, where he worked on Ford's digital strategy. Steven Duke is joining Emerge's Seattle office, after eight years developing Wunderman's mobile business in Europe and then Seattle for clients such as AT&T, Nokia and Microsoft.

Independent agency Imagination has named Josh Rogers creative director for the Americas. Rogers was previously co-founder and creative director at Operator, a New York-based new media agency.

SKM Group has promoted Bryan LeFauve to VP of integrated marketing. He had been media director and director of integrated media services.
