People en Espanol Relaunches Web Site

Time Inc.'s People en Espanol relaunches its Web site today to better position itself as the premier daily source for Hispanic entertainment news.

The Spanish-language site at peopleenespanol.com offers breaking news, behind-the-scenes photo shoots and a new fashion and beauty channel. It has a simpler navigation structure, a new archive system, weekly readers polls, photo galleries and a new editorial page called Conectate.

Newsstand buyers, subscribers and AOL users can access the site. It is being promoted on AOL Latino, with cross promotions to drive traffic across both destinations.

Launched in 1998, People en Espanol is part of the People franchise. The fashion and entertainment monthly's circulation rate base is 425,000.
