Pch.com Taps Compaq, Digex for Web Hosting Services
The online division of Publishers Clearing House, Pch.com, said yesterday it selected Compaq and Digex Inc. to provide scalable and secure Web hosting solutions for the company.The solutions will be designed to create infrastructure, reduce time to market and enhance customer service for the Beltsville, MD-based Internet sweepstakes company.
Pch.com also said it successfully managed a 50 percent increase in Web site traffic after recently running a large advertising campaign.
