PC Connection to Open Outbound Call Center In MA

PC Connection Inc., Merrimack, NH, a direct marketer of computer products, will open an outbound call center in Marlborough, MA, in a facility that previously had been owned and operated by Merisel Inc., a technology distributor that is seeking to streamline its operations. The 42,000-square-foot center is configured for about 250 workstations. PC Connection said it will offer employment to more than 100 Merisel agents.
