Passkey.com Opens Chicago Call Center For Gruop Reservations

Passkey.com Inc., last month said it opened a new call center in Chicago to handle group hotel reservations for the meetings and convention industry. Passkey.com, which provides Internet-based solutions for the meetings and convention industry, operates the center under a management alliance with McCord Group Travel Services. The call center, which has a staff of 27, processes hotel, air- and car-rental reservations, and provides attendees with instant e-mail and fax confirmations.
