DestinationCRM.com and PeopleLink have formed a partnership to deliver a customer relationship management e-community, the companies said yesterday.

The online forum will allow visitors to share information, ideas and best practices for CRM programs.

By integrating PeopleLink's suite of e-community technology and services, New York-based destinationCRM.com gains an essential tool for creating an online forum that will let executives participate in an interactive channel to improve their CRM initiatives.

"We understand the importance of a company's CRM strategy in remaining competitive in today's market," said Steve Glenn, founder/CEO of PeopleLink, Santa Monica, CA.

"By teaming with destinationCRM, we are able to provide the leading e-community infrastructure necessary to power the industry's most comprehensive online forum for helping businesses continue to meet their overall business objectives," he said.
