Clients who utilize the Community Catalyst service will learn how to build a successful community, retain customers, tailor community programs, identify areas to market their community, develop cross marketing programs, and lower cost of customer acquisition.


In addition, the companies say Community Catalyst will give clients the ability to define community values and messages, optimize media buys, and understand how their customers view themselves.
