Paradysz Direct names co-presidents
Paradysz promoted two of its executives, John Ernst and Charles Teller, to the shared position of co-president of Paradysz Direct, the offline division of the agency. It is a newly created position at the firm.
Ernst most recently was head of Paradysz' direct marketing group in Minneapolis and Teller led the New York direct marketing group, focusing on publishing, nonprofit and financial services clients. They will report to Paradysz co-CEOs Chris Paradysz and Mike Cousineau.“Both of our backgrounds are in client services and leading the teams bringing solutions to clients,” Ernst explained. “The big change is now we'll be geared more towards future solutions and research and development, moving out of our client roles a bit but developing cutting edge solutions.”
In addition to its direct and digital arms, Paradysz's Analytics division helps inform cross-channel strategy for clients whose work includes both traditional and digital media, Ernst said.
As heads of Paradysz Direct, Ernst and Teller will manage upward of 50 people. The Direct division entails mainly direct mail, inserts and print work. Clients include Hanesbrands and AOL.
